Seeking a Co-Founder & CEO for an AI-native recruiting firm, this remote partnership opportunity will involve leading the venture's direction, refining strategies, and building a founding team while offering meaningful founder equity.

Key responsibilities

• Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning
• Lead customer development efforts by securing pilot placements and converting them into paid relationships
• Partner with product and engineering teams to launch and iterate on the first version of the service based on user feedback

Required qualifications

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies
• Fluency in fundraising, with the ability to develop investor narratives
