Job Summary

Seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead the AI-Native Recruiting Agency, Foundry, in a remote partnership that offers meaningful founder equity, where the individual will set the venture's direction, refine strategies, and oversee customer development and product execution.

Key responsibilities

• Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning
• Lead pilot placements with design-partner companies and convert them into paid relationships
• Recruit and lead the founding team while establishing the company's cultural foundation

Required qualifications

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies
• Fluency in fundraising, with the ability to develop investor narratives
• Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent
• Deep domain expertise in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition
