Seeking a Co-Founder & CEO, the remote Entrepreneur in Residence will lead Crossfoot, an AI-native accounting agent platform for small-to-mid CPA firms, focusing on strategy, customer development, product iteration, capital raising, and team leadership while sharing meaningful founder equity.
Key responsibilities
- Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning
- Lead customer pilots and convert engagements with CPA firms to build a referral-led go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate with the product and engineering team to launch and iterate on the platform based on user feedback
Required qualifications
- Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
- Demonstrated success in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies
- Fundraising fluency, with experience in developing investor narratives
- Proven ability to attract and retain top talent
- Deep accounting domain expertise, including hands-on experience with CPA firm processes
