Job Summary

Seeking a Co-Founder & CEO for HawkAI, a remote, equity-based opportunity to lead an AI venture focused on automating freight communications for logistics brokerages, carriers, and warehouse operators, where the candidate will set strategic direction, drive customer development, and oversee product execution.

Key responsibilities

• Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning across target markets
• Lead customer pilots with freight brokerages, converting them to paid engagements and establishing a go-to-market strategy
• Collaborate with the product and engineering team to develop and iterate on the platform based on user feedback

Required qualifications

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including sales and customer engagement
• Fluency in fundraising, with the ability to develop investor narratives and secure capital
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight brokerage, with familiarity in AI agents or large language models
• Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent within a startup environment
