Job Summary

Seeking a Co-Founder & CEO for a remote, equity-based partnership in a HealthTech venture focused on AI-driven denial management and revenue recovery, where the individual will lead strategy, customer development, and product execution in a rapidly growing market.

Key responsibilities

• Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning for the venture
• Lead customer pilots with practice owners and revenue cycle leaders, converting them into paid engagements
• Recruit and establish the founding team while setting the cultural foundation of the company

Required qualifications

• Direct exposure to healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or denial management
• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies
• Fluency in fundraising and developing investor narratives
• Proven ability to attract and retain top talent
