Job Summary

A company is looking for a Co-Founder & CTO specializing in AI PropTech for municipal approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build the company's initial product and technical foundation
• Lead technical direction across infrastructure, AI systems, and application architecture
• Recruit and lead the founding engineering team while partnering on fundraising and company strategy

Required Qualifications

• Experience shipping production-grade software systems with operational or business consequences
• Strong technical judgment in modern AI systems, data pipelines, and secure SaaS architecture
• Understanding of tradeoffs between automation, reliability, and human oversight
• Desire to build as a founder rather than operate as an employee
• Preferred experience in PropTech, AEC, GovTech, legal tech, or fintech
