Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product & Technical Co-founder (CPTO) for an AI Compliance Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish core architecture, engineering culture, and security posture
• Lead the development of a marketing review prototype and subsequent product modules
• Own the training and evolution of the core AI/LLM model and ensure explainability and reliability

Required Qualifications

• Experience shipping LLM-powered systems in production environments
• Full-stack confidence across applied LLMs, secure multi-tenant SaaS, and observability
• Strong convictions about explainability and reliability engineering from direct production experience
• Preferred background in legal tech, RegTech, fintech compliance, or healthcare
• Familiarity with SEC and FINRA workflows, and experience with foundation models is a plus
