- Launch experiments across SEO, email, social, ads, and referral loops
- Collaborate on brand positioning and refine messaging for target segments
Required Qualifications
- Past experience growing a B2B SaaS or HRTech startup
- Deep understanding of early-stage startup marketing from zero to traction
- Experience with go-to-market strategies and performance marketing
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, content, landing pages, and conversion funnels
- Bonus: Experience with ATS, HR tools, or marketplaces
