Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with enrollment into manufacturer and foundation assistance programs
  • Maintain records of patients and co-pay assistance programs and provide updates to management
  • Manage the financial hardship program, including maintaining enrollments and qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of medical billing or insurance verification experience
  • Experience with co-pay assistance and foundation programs is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of pharmacy and government healthcare
