Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coach Onboarding and Relationship Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full lifecycle of coaches, guiding onboarding, activation, engagement, and offboarding
  • Lead onboarding sessions and support new coaches through a structured 90-day roadmap
  • Maintain accurate coach and client data in HubSpot to support reporting and insights
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, operations, or client support
  • Experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) system such as HubSpot
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities
