Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Leadership Development Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of coaching tools and practices
  • Design and standardize coaching workflows and reporting structures based on performance data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of coaching programs
Required Qualifications
  • 4-10 years of experience in Enablement, Training/Learning & Development, Coaching, or Change Management
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable decisions
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and governance in a global contact center environment
  • Understanding of change management frameworks and compliance best practices
  • Project management experience, with certifications such as PMP or Agile preferred
