Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Leadership Development Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of coaching tools and practices
- Design and standardize coaching workflows and reporting structures based on performance data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of coaching programs
Required Qualifications
- 4-10 years of experience in Enablement, Training/Learning & Development, Coaching, or Change Management
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable decisions
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and governance in a global contact center environment
- Understanding of change management frameworks and compliance best practices
- Project management experience, with certifications such as PMP or Agile preferred
