Coaching and Outreach Specialist
Job Summary
To support student development, the full-time Coaching and Outreach Specialist will provide professional development coaching and conduct structured outreach to gather insights on student outcomes, working remotely with consistent evening availability.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver asynchronous and live coaching sessions to help students connect their learning to career goals
- Conduct structured outreach to collect data on student confidence, skills application, and barriers faced during the program
- Document coaching interactions and student feedback in CRM tools to inform program improvement
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience in coaching, career development, or related fields, preferably with adult learners
- Experience with asynchronous messaging platforms (e.g., Zendesk) is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage students through digital platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and CRM tools
