Job Summary
A company is looking for a Coaching Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of complex Enterprise customers and ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish trusted relationships with customers and drive the value of products and services
- Consult with customers to implement and evaluate digital coaching programs
- Analyze account health and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Customer Success experience or equivalent, with a Bachelor's Degree in business, education, or a related field
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and Customer Success tools
- Solid knowledge of the digital learning industry and its business drivers
- Training or consulting experience with account management responsibility
- Effective project management and organizational skills for managing a high-volume customer base
