Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coaching Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of complex Enterprise customers and ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish trusted relationships with customers and drive the value of products and services
  • Consult with customers to implement and evaluate digital coaching programs
  • Analyze account health and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of Customer Success experience or equivalent, with a Bachelor's Degree in business, education, or a related field
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Customer Success tools
  • Solid knowledge of the digital learning industry and its business drivers
  • Training or consulting experience with account management responsibility
  • Effective project management and organizational skills for managing a high-volume customer base
