Coaching Enablement Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coaching Adoption & Enablement Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation, adoption, and optimization of coaching programs across the organization
• Equip leaders, managers, and employees with tools and support to integrate coaching practices into daily workflows
• Collaborate with P&C, L&D, and business stakeholders to foster a coaching culture that enhances performance and engagement

Required Qualifications

• 4-10 years of relevant experience in Enablement, Training/Learning & Development, Coaching, or Performance Consulting
• Experience partnering with managers and senior leaders to embed coaching practices
• Hands-on experience with coaching technology platforms and performance management systems
• Strong understanding of coaching methodologies and frameworks
• Project management experience, with PMP, Agile, or similar certification preferred
