Coaching Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team of over 30 instructors, the full-time Coaching Manager will evaluate performance, conduct training, and create schedules while working hybrid in the Nashville area.

Key responsibilities

• Manage instructor performance through evaluations, training, and feedback discussions
• Partner with the recruiting team to identify staffing needs and hire instructors
• Lead regular meetings and create initiatives to enhance core values and instructor experiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 1-3 years of experience in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• 1-3 years of event planning or customer service experience
• Experience supervising part-time employees
• Proficient in G-Suite and MS Office
