Coaching Specialist

Job Summary

To support the professional growth of volunteer Leadership Coaches, the part-time Coaching Specialist will provide targeted coaching and feedback, observe facilitation sessions, and collaborate with team members to enhance volunteer success in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop a caseload of 15-20 volunteer Leadership Coaches, providing one-on-one support and feedback
• Attend and observe Learning Labs, offering quality control and timely constructive follow-up to LCs
• Collaborate with team members to refine systems and share insights that inform program design improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience as a Braven volunteer Leadership Coach for at least one semester
• Demonstrated experience in teaching, instructional coaching, or adult learning
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships
• Commitment to Braven's mission and supporting underrepresented college students' success
