Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coast Guard Outreach Careers Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a written outreach strategy specific to the Coast Guard community and submit a monthly progress summary
• Design and host at least one virtual event or webinar per month to promote the Blue Star Careers program
• Compile and submit a monthly list of verified career and readiness resources relevant to the Coast Guard

Required Qualifications

• Recent or current affiliation with the Coast Guard (active duty or retired within 12 months)
• Strong understanding of the Coast Guard's culture, needs, and support ecosystem
• Experience with military family or transition assistance programs
• Self-directed and deadline-oriented
• Proficiency in common virtual tools (e.g., Google Suite, Zoom)
