Job Summary

A company is looking for a COBOL Lead to oversee and enhance iSeries applications in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support iSeries (AS400) applications while coordinating with offshore teams and business stakeholders
Translate business requirements into technical designs and manage incident, problem, and change management activities
Mentor team members and leverage AI tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

Strong expertise in iSeries / AS400 technologies and proficiency in COBOL
Experience with DB2 on iSeries, including embedded SQL and performance tuning
Familiarity with SDLC, ITIL processes, and application maintenance
Proven experience in global onshore-offshore delivery models and stakeholder management
Knowledge of PBM domain and experience in healthcare or insurance domains is a plus
