Job Summary

A company is looking for a COBOl Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, enhance, and support iSeries (AS400) applications in a business-critical production environment
• Coordinate closely with offshore teams and business stakeholders, participating in discussions and solution walkthroughs
• Own incident, problem, and change management activities while ensuring SLA adherence and mentoring team members

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Strong expertise in iSeries / AS400 technologies and COBOL
• Experience with DB2 on iSeries, including embedded SQL and performance tuning
• Understanding of SDLC, ITIL processes, and application maintenance
• Demonstrated effective usage of AI tools for code analysis and productivity improvements
• Proven experience in global onshore-offshore delivery models and stakeholder management
