Job Summary
A company is looking for a COBRA Account Manager - Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of COBRA Account Managers and serve as the primary liaison for COBRA and Direct Billing clients
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a current knowledge of COBRA regulations while monitoring team performance metrics
- Act as the primary point of contact for employer groups, resolving complex escalations and managing client relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum of 5 years), preferably with leadership experience
- Experience with COBRA administration is strongly preferred
- Ability to empower team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to multi-task in a collaborative environment
- Above average analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to ensure data integrity
