Job Summary

A company is looking for a COBRA Account Manager - Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of COBRA Account Managers and serve as the primary liaison for COBRA and Direct Billing clients
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain a current knowledge of COBRA regulations while monitoring team performance metrics
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employer groups, resolving complex escalations and managing client relationships
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum of 5 years), preferably with leadership experience
  • Experience with COBRA administration is strongly preferred
  • Ability to empower team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to multi-task in a collaborative environment
  • Above average analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to ensure data integrity
