Job Summary

Managing COBRA client accounts, the full-time COBRA Account Manager will oversee implementation, onboarding, and ongoing service delivery while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for COBRA customers, managing relationships and ensuring service quality
  • Lead client onboarding and implementation activities, coordinating with internal teams for smooth transitions
  • Monitor ongoing service delivery, ensuring compliance with COBRA regulations and addressing any issues that arise
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in COBRA administration
  • Strong understanding of COBRA regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience in client implementations and ongoing service delivery
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation of client configurations and workflows
  • Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills
