Job Summary
COBRA Account Specialist, responsible for providing exceptional support to COBRA clients and their brokers, managing account maintenance, and ensuring client satisfaction in a full-time remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver phone and email support to COBRA clients, resolving issues and meeting service level agreements
- Manage COBRA rate renewals, open enrollment tasks, and custom reporting while maintaining system updates
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to understand client needs and support Member Services during peak periods
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in COBRA administration, customer service, or phone support
- Strong knowledge of COBRA regulations and familiarity with medical, FSA, HSA, and HIPAA concepts
- Proven success in meeting performance targets in a client-facing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and web-based support systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote setting
