Job Summary

A company is looking for a COBRA & Direct Bill Accounts Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with client implementations for COBRA and/or Direct Bill
  • Ensure timely and accurate setup of all applicable services for implementation and serviced accounts
  • Provide renewal service support and configuration for in-force client accounts
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in COBRA and Direct Bill implementation, service, and support
  • Excellent understanding of the integration between HRIS, Benefits, Payroll, and Carrier systems
  • Experience working with third-party integrations
  • Experience with WEX solutions is preferred
  • Familiarity with PlanSource or Employee Central Benefits is a plus
