Job Summary
Overseeing the COBRA client and member experience, the full-time COBRA Analyst will manage benefit elections, payments, and reporting for COBRA, FMLA, retirees, and LOA participants while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications with clients, members, and third-party affiliates regarding COBRA and related programs
- Administer and coordinate COBRA, FMLA, LOA, and retiree benefits, ensuring compliance with applicable laws
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation related to premium administration, eligibility, and claims processing
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of experience in COBRA, FMLA, LOA, and retiree administration
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and company leave programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
