Job Summary

COBRA Benefits HR Representative, a contract-to-hire position, is responsible for providing support to COBRA members and employers through inbound calls and emails, assisting with COBRA notices and enrollments, and performing data entry tasks while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and emails from COBRA members and employers, providing clear support
  • Perform data entry for COBRA enrollments, terminations, and related updates, ensuring accuracy
  • Assist with open enrollment by managing increased call volume and providing portal demos
Required Qualifications
  • Prior knowledge of COBRA and experience with COBRA enrollments or claims is highly preferred
  • Prior customer service or call center experience is required
  • Experience in benefits, insurance, or medical office settings is a plus
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to manage heavy call volume and lead portal demos for clients and employees
