Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary client contact for operational service and issue resolution
- Provide operational metrics, status updates, and service level reporting
- Manage ongoing program reviews, support during renewals, and facilitate training for clients and team members
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- 2+ years of account management experience
- 2+ years of experience with Benefits or COBRA Administration
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
