Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary client contact for operational service and issue resolution
  • Provide operational metrics, status updates, and service level reporting
  • Manage ongoing program reviews, support during renewals, and facilitate training for clients and team members
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • 2+ years of account management experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Benefits or COBRA Administration
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
