Job Summary

A company is looking for a COBRA Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the point of contact for participants, clients, brokers, and co-workers regarding COBRA benefit services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries, escalations, and complaints
  • Process COBRA notifications and maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance


Required Qualifications
  • High school graduate/GED; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of professional customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Knowledge of COBRA administration is highly preferred
  • Experience with the Alegeus system is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a collaborative environment
