Job Summary
A company is looking for a COBRA Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact for participants, clients, brokers, and co-workers regarding COBRA benefit services
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries, escalations, and complaints
- Process COBRA notifications and maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate/GED; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1 year of professional customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Knowledge of COBRA administration is highly preferred
- Experience with the Alegeus system is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a collaborative environment
