Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day COBRA administration for a portfolio of employer groups, the full-time COBRA Employer Services Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee COBRA administration for employers, addressing inquiries and managing escalations to ensure client satisfaction
  • Utilize CRM tools to document client activity and provide necessary reporting for employer groups
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients to understand their business needs and enhance client retention
Required qualifications
  • Strong foundational knowledge of COBRA regulations and familiarity with HIPAA and HITECH
  • Experience with CRM tools and web-based applications for client relations and case management
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including potential holidays and occasional overtime
  • Proven experience in client relationship management and conflict resolution
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
