Job Summary
An employer is seeking an Engagement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service to COBRA members, answering inquiries through ticketing and phone systems
- Process qualifying event notices, election forms, coverage changes, and termination letters
- Identify and escalate issues for resolution, while providing proactive follow-up
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years' experience in customer service or phone support
- Familiarity with insurance concepts, including COBRA and HIPAA
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to utilize technology and phone systems
- Strong desire to help people and provide solutions
