Job Summary

An employer is seeking an Engagement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service to COBRA members, answering inquiries through ticketing and phone systems
  • Process qualifying event notices, election forms, coverage changes, and termination letters
  • Identify and escalate issues for resolution, while providing proactive follow-up
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years' experience in customer service or phone support
  • Familiarity with insurance concepts, including COBRA and HIPAA
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to utilize technology and phone systems
  • Strong desire to help people and provide solutions
