Job Summary

To support COBRA benefits administration, the contract-to-hire HR Representative will manage inbound calls and assist members with COBRA notices, payments, and account inquiries while working onsite in Lakewood, NJ.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and assist COBRA members with inquiries related to notices, elections, and payments
  • Perform accurate data entry for COBRA enrollments and updates, ensuring documentation is complete and error-free
  • Support open enrollment by managing increased call volume and providing portal demos to new clients and employees
Required qualifications
  • Prior knowledge of COBRA and experience processing COBRA enrollments or claims is highly preferred
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is required
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to manage heavy call volume during busy periods, especially during open enrollment
  • Reliable and organized, with strong attendance and punctuality
