Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time COBRA Operations Supervisor will manage daily COBRA operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive team performance in a remote or hybrid setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop the COBRA Operations team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning
  • Oversee daily operations, monitor KPIs, and implement action plans to enhance service levels and operational metrics
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of COBRA administration or employee benefits operations experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in coaching, mentoring, and employee development
  • Experience leading customer support or operations teams
  • Proficiency in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding talent
  • Experience using metrics and KPIs to manage performance and drive improvements
