Job Summary

A company is looking for a COBRA Employer Services Specialist to manage COBRA administration and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day COBRA administration for employers and partners
  • Utilize CRM tools to document and review client activity and assist with billing inquiries
  • Engage with internal teams to resolve client escalations and provide necessary reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Strong foundational knowledge of COBRA regulations and familiarity with HIPAA and HITECH
  • Experience using CRM tools and web-based applications
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including possible holidays and overtime
  • Experience with COBRA administration is a plus
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients
