Job Summary
A company is looking for a COBRA Employer Services Specialist to manage COBRA administration and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day COBRA administration for employers and partners
- Utilize CRM tools to document and review client activity and assist with billing inquiries
- Engage with internal teams to resolve client escalations and provide necessary reporting
Required Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge of COBRA regulations and familiarity with HIPAA and HITECH
- Experience using CRM tools and web-based applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including possible holidays and overtime
- Experience with COBRA administration is a plus
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients
