Job Summary

Providing essential support to COBRA and Direct Billing participants, the full-time COBRA Support Specialist will manage client inquiries, process requests, and ensure compliance with federal regulations while working remotely on a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 5 pm (EST preferred).

Key responsibilities
  • Promptly respond to client, broker, and participant inquiries regarding COBRA administration and services
  • Accurately process COBRA elections, life events, and direct billing account updates in accordance with departmental procedures
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of COBRA regulations and assist clients in navigating the COBRA & Direct Billing Portal
Required qualifications
  • 6-12 months of direct COBRA Administration experience
  • Experience with Direct Billing preferred
  • Familiarity with the WealthCare COBRA Platform strongly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential issues in a fast-paced environment
