Job Summary
Providing essential support to clients and participants, the full-time COBRA Support Specialist will manage COBRA administration and direct billing inquiries while working remotely during standard business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Promptly respond to client, broker, and participant inquiries regarding COBRA and direct billing processes
- Accurately process requests related to COBRA elections, coverage changes, and direct billing accounts in accordance with established procedures
- Document interactions and follow up on urgent requests to ensure timely resolution and maintain compliance with regulations
Required qualifications
- 6-12 months of direct COBRA Administration experience
- Experience with Direct Billing and familiarity with the WealthCare COBRA Platform preferred
- Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential issues in a fast-paced environment
- Strong track record as a team player with effective multitasking and prioritization skills
