Job Summary
Providing essential support to COBRA & Direct Billing participants, the full-time remote COBRA Support Specialist will manage client interactions, process requests, and ensure compliance with federal regulations while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Key responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to client, broker, and participant inquiries regarding COBRA administration and processes
- Timely process requests related to COBRA elections, coverage changes, and direct billing accounts
- Document all interactions and follow up on requests to ensure resolution and maintain organized records
Required qualifications:
- 6-12 months of direct COBRA Administration experience
- Experience with Direct Billing preferred
- Familiarity with WealthCare COBRA Platform strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential issues in a fast-paced environment
