Job Summary

Providing essential support to clients, brokers, and participants, the full-time COBRA Support Specialist will manage COBRA Administration in compliance with federal regulations while working remotely from 8:30am to 5pm (EST preferred).

Key responsibilities
  • Promptly respond to incoming calls and emails, offering assistance with COBRA notices, timelines, payments, and coverage
  • Timely process participant and client requests in the COBRA & Direct Billing Portal, ensuring accurate updates and documentation
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of COBRA regulations and collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
Required qualifications
  • 6-12 months of direct COBRA Administration experience
  • Experience with Direct Billing preferred
  • Proficiency with the WealthCare COBRA Platform strongly preferred
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential issues in a fast-paced environment
