Coding Analyst Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coding Analyst Associate to perform coding and reimbursement tasks in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 codes to outpatient visit types
• Review medical records to ensure accurate coding of diagnoses and procedures
• Collaborate with other coding divisions for NCD/LCD edit resolution

Required Qualifications:

• RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC or COC credential
• AHIMA or AAPC membership
• Associate's degree in a related field (preferred)
• 1 year of outpatient coding experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)
