Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coding Business Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems
• Identify and analyze user requirements and recommend improvements to existing processes
• Lead problem-solving efforts and assist with the implementation of business solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Project management experience preferred
• Experience researching coding guidelines highly preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
