Coding Business Analyst II

Job Summary

Responsible for payment integrity repository updates, the full-time Coding Business Analyst II will perform analysis and interpretation to align business needs and objectives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payment integrity repository updates
• Review and interpret coding, reimbursement, and regulatory guidelines for compliance and payment integrity
• Develop and maintain payment policies and claims editing logic to support accurate claims adjudication

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of business process analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Knowledge of managed care information systems and provider reimbursement methodologies
• Experience with claims payment and analysis
• Coding certification such as CPC or similar is preferred
