Coding Client Success Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Coding Client Success Manager, this full-time remote position will manage overall client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention while collaborating with sales to identify growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure clarity and alignment with clients regarding services and manage expectations through regular communication
• Collaborate with the Quality Management Team to achieve quality expectations and document client processes
• Identify additional solution opportunities with clients and cultivate trusted relationships through subject matter expertise

Required qualifications:

• Baccalaureate degree in health information management or associate degree in health information technology with extensive management experience; coding credential preferred
• Proven foundational consulting skills, including analytical thinking and effective client communication
• Strong industry knowledge in mid-revenue cycle operations and demonstrated subject matter expertise
• Leadership skills with the ability to create strategic vision and drive business growth
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and adaptability to drive change
