Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coding Denials Auditor.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct coding audits of submitted claims for appropriateness of procedure and diagnosis codes
Review billing for accuracy and compliance with coding procedures
Coordinate with revenue cycle teams to investigate and correct rejected or denied claims

Required Qualifications:

Associates or Bachelor's Degree
Current certification in CPC, CCA, CCS, or RHIT
Strong background in orthopedics and surgery billing/coding with 5+ years of experience
Proficiency in Excel and ability to work remotely
Experience with CAC/Encoder audits and complex claims medical billing and coding preferred
