Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coding Educator, HB Coding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops and communicates educational programs to improve clinical dashboard results
• Analyzes dashboard and audit data to create action plans for improvement
• Onboards new staff on coding protocols and develops teaching tools for quality outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• RHIT or RHIA or CCS certification
• Associates Degree in a healthcare-related field
• Five years of coding experience in the area of expertise
• Strong personal computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Educational or training experience
