Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coding Integrity Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct complex coding reviews related to reimbursement and public reporting
Collaborate with the CDI team to resolve documentation inconsistencies and ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs
Perform second level focused pre-bill and post-bill account reviews to ensure accurate coding and quality checks

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or associate's degree in HIM related fields or CCS credential is required
Minimum 5 years of inpatient coding experience
