Coding Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coding Manager of Training and Education.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Coding Quality and Training team
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Quality and Training initiatives
• Develop and implement strategies to assess and improve coding performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/relevant experience
• 5+ years of revenue cycle experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role
• Experience with analytics tools such as PowerBI
• Knowledge of coding classification systems (ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, HCPCS/CPT)
• Understanding of hospital revenue cycle and reimbursement mechanisms
