Coding Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Coding to oversee coding operations and ensure compliance in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Review claims for accuracy and compliance to optimize reimbursement
• Identify trends and educational opportunities for providers regarding coding and documentation
• Collaborate with the department to enhance coding operations and support overall patient care

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• National Certification from recognized coding organizations upon hire
• 7 years of extensive experience in coding operations, data management, and reporting
• 5 years of progressive responsibility in a supervisory or management role in healthcare
• ICD-10/CPT coding experience preferred
