Coding Manager

Job Summary

To support the ongoing development of coding services, the full-time Coding Manager will manage resources, ensure quality and productivity standards are met, and foster relationships with clients and team members in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and coding teams
• Monitor and manage coding resources to meet service-level agreements and productivity goals
• Mentor and train coding staff while overseeing quality reviews and operational improvements

Required qualifications:

• AHIMA or AAPC credentials
• Five or more years of coding experience
• Three or more years of management experience in a remote environment
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management services
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Windows products
