Coding Operations Manager

Job Summary

Coding Operations Manager, oversees all billing, coding, and revenue cycle management functions in a full-time role, ensuring accuracy and compliance while implementing improvements and training within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage billing programs, systems, and vendor relationships for accurate and timely operations
• Prepare RCM reports and monitor KPIs to improve workflows and reduce denials
• Lead team meetings and develop policies to enhance billing workflow effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, with experience as a substitute for education
• One or more applicable Coding Certificates (CPC, COC, CRC, CPMA, CGIC)
• More than 5 years of experience in healthcare billing
• Experience with large healthcare organizations supporting 100 or more providers
• Extensive knowledge of coding, billing compliance, and financial reporting
