Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coding Supervisor for Surgical Specialties.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises coding workflow and monitors employee performance
• Ensures compliance with coding guidelines and provides education to staff
• Prepares productivity and quality reports for management

Required Qualifications

• Licensure or certifications: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P, or CPC required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum five (5) years of acute care inpatient/outpatient coding experience
• Candidates with only a CPC must obtain an additional credential within 6 months of hire
