Coding Team Lead
Job Summary
Supporting daily operational management for assigned clients, the full-time Coding Team Lead will manage coding resources, ensure quality expectations are met, and maintain positive client relationships in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the point of contact and coding subject matter expert for assigned clients
- Monitor employee efficiency and maintain service-level agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations
- Assist with training, mentoring internal coding staff, and recommending process improvements
Required qualifications:
- AHIMA or AAPC credentials
- Three or more years of coding experience
- Strong knowledge of coding and revenue cycle management services
- Experience managing both onshore and offshore coding resources
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Windows products
