Cogito Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting healthcare data workflows, the contract Cogito Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams on Epic reporting projects, validate report logic using SQL, and ensure data quality in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to clarify requirements and troubleshoot data issues
• Manage data structures and support Epic reporting projects using Cogito tools
• Validate and recreate report logic while maintaining data quality and documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with five years of technology or business administration experience
• Prior experience with Epic or supporting Epic reporting projects is preferred
• Experience with Epic data structures and reporting tools, including Radar Dashboards and Reporting Workbench
• Strong SQL skills for validating and recreating report logic
• Familiarity with healthcare data workflows and clinical or operational metrics
